The room was spacious and had all of the amenities we needed. The renovations were nicely done. The location is very convenient to the train station, Disney monorail, and Ikspiari.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was large compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Japan. Location was perfect - 5min walk to Disneyland and 2min walk to disney train to get to Disney Sea.

Small old fashioned hotel. No frills.

Posted 13 Jun 2016 on HotelsThe location is very convenient. Only 3 mins walk to Tokyo Disney Land. Right by JR Maihama station and Ikspiari Mall. The airport shuttle is located outside Disney Land together with other buses. We booked a triple room for 3 of us, the room size is quite good if you think of Japanese standard. The bath and restroom is seperated, which is great! The breakfast is just OK, not so many choices. The cleanliness is very good.

Posted 18 Jul 2015 on HotelsThis is the perfect hotel to stay in if you are visiting Disney. It is a 5 minute walk to Land and 5 minute monorail ride to Sea and only steps away from JR Maihama train station. You can opt for breakfast, which is all you can eat. There is a convenience store near the lobby and a shopping mall 1 minute away. The only draw back is that you can hear the trains in the morning so if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep in that may be difficult. However if your purpose is to see Disneyland then it doesn't really matter. Loved it for the convenience!

Posted 23 Feb 2020 on Hotelsいつもディズニーに行く際は満室だったので、今回ようやく宿泊することができました！念願のドリームゲートでしたが、何より駅すぐ横、隣がコンビニ、目の前はイクスピアリと文句ない立地で朝早くから夜遅くまで遊べました！線路のすぐ下なので、うるさいと思っていましたが、まったく電車の音がしなかったです！！お風呂に洗い場もありコストパフォーマンスの高いホテルです☆また利用したいです！！！

便利な立地
Posted 12 Feb 2020 on Hotels広くて綺麗で、お風呂が大きく洗い場があるのが本当に助かった。
フローリングなので、裸足だとものすごく足が冷たくなったのだけが気になった。
(昔はカーペットだったから気にならなかった)とは言え、駅からのアクセスは本当に楽だし、荷物も２日預けられるし便利！

Posted 1 Feb 2020 on Hotels部屋が広くお風呂も小学生の子供と一緒に入っても充分な広さ。高架下とは思えないほど静か。朝方ちょっと電車の音がして、思い出すほどでした。
