Lots of shops /restaurants / bars nearby (esp Tower of Ramen), great for transport all round too. Room was tiny but you get what you pay for, we were out all day so didn’t spend much time in the room and we managed easily by being organised

Convenient location for our last two nights in Japan was our requirement, and Henn na Hotel was perfect for that. On a direct line from Tokyo station and steps away from the monorail to the airport. Walking distance to Hama-Rikyu Onshi-teien and Kyu-Shibarikyu Onshi-teien gardens, Tokyo Tower, shopping, and dining. Small but clean and efficient rooms. To cap it off, it is the famous and quintessentially Japanese robot hotel with animatronic reception desk.

Automated check-in was not a great experience, but a kind reception staff helped me, so it was fine. The mattress was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, and the hotel was quiet, which was great.

The room was adequately sized with excellent facilities. The staff kept the room clean, and plenty of free amenities were available. The hotel was within walking distance of a great train hub for convenient access to anywhere you need to go. The hotel room very small for the price I paid. Check in and check out easy with the machines. BathTub a bit of dirty. The mattress way too hard and harsh for my back. Couldn’t sleep through the night. Close to subway station and very convenient to other area. Dryer machine only blow cool air so your clothes can’t dry.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the reception was very interesting, the coffee shop next door was amazing! The laundry steamer/dryer is very useful too, if a bit noisy, if you have stuff that needs to be dried after a rainy day, pop it in for a half hour or 2 hrs and head to dinner, it also has disinfection/UV features too. The room was relatively standard, and within expectations; some rooms have (partial) views of tokyo tower. Catch a glimpse in the evening when it lights up! Local area is great for inexpensive eats, local vibes, lots of drinking and roast meat options for business travellers. Generally a good easy spot, specially if your trip requires both Narita and Haneda, you can hop on the monorail for HND, and other lines for NRT.
