Claustrophobics stay away. Breakfast was just premade pastries. Mattress and pillows and bedding need upgrade for comfort.

The room is so small that you can barely open your luggage. The bed is ok but the pillow is not comfy. Poor window seal, can’t sleep thought the night with the sound from the wind and apparently other guests complained about the same window issue. They only clean your room once every 5 days. Stains on bed sheet and many more on carpet. Couple staff were rude but most are nice and friendly. The location is quite far from subway. It was way overpriced for the quality of the hotel. I would not recommended this place.

The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were hard, we went and bought some from a store near by because they were so hard at the hotel, but the staff was nice, checking in and out was easy and the coffee was really good the shower was really nice and the water got super hot! 😊

Good sushi place outside close to Asakusa center, bed was a bit dirty. Overall good.

They did a good job accommodating us when ever we needed something they were ready to assist us very nice staff!
