Excellent front desk personnel, easy to deal with and very helpful even with baggage forwarding. Quiet area, beds are hard but the rooms were clean and cool. Amenities had an excellent coffee bags for the morning wake up and go.

Amazing stay at the Hotel Ann Asakusa ! Very comfortable room, perfectly located in Asakusa, close to the Senso-ji temple. Staff is caring and helpful. I really recommend this place !

very clean, quiet. Room small as expected but very poor WiFi. 5 minute walk to Sensoji Temple, Nakamise Street. Will need to transfer at least once from Tawaramachi Station (stop just before Asakusa which is closer walk to the hotel). Lots of places to eat in area.

Loved staying here! Areas are clean and quiet and very well connected to the subway systems. Coin laundry available on the first floor along with amenities for the room to take as needed. Staff was very nice

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever I had a query. The area that the hotel is in is very convenient it’s close to a lot of food places and is about a 5 minute walk from Asakusa Station. Stayed here for the majority of our trip and it was walkable to a lot of places. Super helpful staff that are at the front, always! Definitely was a bit of a squeeze because the room we had was a little small so you could only open one suitcase at a time in the little area we had. Also has laundry service you can use as well. Overall great place!

Overall stay at this hotel is really pleasant. Location is really good and quiet, walking distance to Asakusa (10 mins) and/or Tawaramachi station (5 mins) and there's a lot of good food and restaurants nearby as well. You have the option to request for daily housekeeping but if you don't need that you can simply have your trash bin and hotel towels replaced daily. The room I got was just nice for one person and is clean and comfortable, with free flow amenities like toiletries and coffee at the lobby that you can help yourself to. My only issue is that the pillow provided is a bit too small and soft, I wish it was a bit more supportive. Bathroom and room are definitely on the smaller side but that's the case for most Tokyo hotels anyway, so this is something to consider if you're on the larger or taller side.

great location, and nice that we could do connecting rooms. however, the beds were extremely hard (more so than other japanese hotels we stayed at) and with only one pillow per person, sleeping was difficult

Check out time at 10am is just too early. Property is clean. Mattress is very hard. Comforter is soft and comfy. Bathroom is cramping so small smaller than the usual Japanese small bathroom.
