The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room was spacious and had all of the basic supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. One issue was that the room we stayed in smelled mouldy and indeed there was mould showing on the wall where the wall paper was peeling back. However, this may be a room specific issue and not a building wide issue. The price was reasonable, so I would try this hotel again in the future.

Hotel is a two minute walk to Subway. Breakfast was at Bangkok Nights and it was good. The walls are real thin and we would awaken to a kid next door yelling. The check out time is early 10AM. The room was on a corner and had an unusual layout. Front staff was helpful, but there is a definite language barrier, even with Google translate.

Location was good for where we were interested in going. Hotel was clean and in good condition. Guest services understood English well when we checked in which was wonderful but they were not as helpful in checking out to get us a taxi.

Excellent staff. Tried very hard to accommodate our needs even when very full and fully booked. My husband is older and needed a room to accommodate his medical equipment. They were resourceful and helped find a room that worked for us.

Everything is good, but the sofa bed is noisy and only 1 washers and 1 dryers for the whole 9 floors hotel isn’t enough
