I unfortunately booked late with my party, so the only rooms in my price range were smoking rooms, which I do not recommend if you are not a smoker. The smell of smoke on the floor was unpleasant and there were old cigarette marks on the bedding. Staff were friendly and the facilities were clean overall and there were options (scented spray and air purifier) to help with the smell of smoke. I would highly recommend their breakfast buffet options. That was the highlight for my stay at this hotel in Tokyo.

My first time to Japan was amazing thanks to this awesome hotel location, and staff. I absolutely recommend anybody that’s thinking about staying here definitely book

The staff were extremely friendly, and professional. The rooms are small and outdated. They need to be updated, especially the bathrooms.

Fantastic place to stay! Our first trip to Japan, and I was initially a little worried about be a bit further from the main city areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya, but Asakusa actually ended up being our favorite area! Also the transportation nearby is easy to access. Or waking even! We walked all the way to Akihabara and back one day. The hotel staff were all so nice, and the breakfast buffet was so delicious and the perfect way to start each morning! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
