Really close to Minami-senju Station Hibiya Line. Quiet neigborhood. One station away from Kita-senju. A few steps away from a Lawson convenience store. Near Mcdonald’s and Burger King. The staff are friendly, accommodating and knows how to speak English. Toiletries are provided. Wifi, blower, hair iron, steam iron for clothes and the like are available. However, they do charge for towels. Love most everything about it. One point of improvement tho would be the checkout time which is 11 am. Hope they can adjust it to at least around 1 pm. But all in all it was a great stay. Thank you!

There is no one in the reception after 11 p.m. One day I had a trouble with the password of the door and I wasn't able to get in. Even though I called for about 2 hours through the phone, no one answered, so I had to spend the night on the street.
