My stay was absolutely amazing—the best hotel experience I’ve had in years. Perfectly located within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and train stations. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making every part of the stay comfortable and memorable.

Small but functional

Small but functional. Never in the hotel more than sleeping so it was perfect for that. Seems to cater to business men. Wish we could have tried the restaurant on site for dinner. It smelled so good! We did try the bakery down the street though and they make THE BEST curry bun I have ever had!! Went back several times.

overall, super clean, very convenient, with a few station options around. at the check in, the staff was not so friendly but otherwise, no complaint. there are a few convenience stores nearby and that helped as well.

Overall very good

Everything was really good, clean and felt brand new. The only thing to improve is the elevator. Only one elevator for many floors means you have to wait a long time in a very small lobby. There is also no option to take the stairs

Tiny hotel in Shimbashi

Quite a distance from Shimbasi station and not exactly cheap. Room is really tiny and cleaning is only provided every 3 days. 2 bottles of drinking water is provided during the check in and no more is given even if you stay a week. No breakfast option at hotel, they will link you to a cafe that is few blocks away.

A few downsides for us: there's only 1 small elevator, which didn't prove to be too much of an issue but definitely led to quite a bit of waiting go to up and down. The other downside was that the hotel doesn't allow individual rooms to control the temperature, so we ended up having to open the window to keep it under 21. Additionally, there's only 1 washer/dryer for the whole hotel, which proved difficult to be able to do any laundry while there. Plan to do laundry at a nearby laundromat if you know you'll need to. Otherwise, facilities were clean and the staff were very friendly and supportive. The process to leave luggage after checking out was super easy and we were grateful to be able to do that as we had an evening flight after check out.
