The room was quite small, but had a nice experience overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was there is only one elevator for 14 floors and only two sets of washer/dryers.

Rooms are definitely tight, especially for 2 people. Price is clearly for the great location.

I like the location, right in the heart of Shibuya. One more elevator would have been better to have. Only one elevator sometimes is too slow to take you in and out of the hotel.

Small rooms but adequate. Close to everything in Shibuya

The rooms are rather small (Japanese style) but OK. The price is acceptable for central Tokyo.

The rooms are tiny but awesome! Very clean and cozy. We really appreciated the location too, walking distance from everything in Shibuya.

Where to begin. The toilet in the airport was cleaner than the hotel room. The room had awful sweat like aroma. Everywhere very dusty and lots of stains. I’m not sure if the room was vacuumed properly once in my seven days of stay. One of my worse experiences.

Regarding carpet cleaning, we use an adhesive carpet cleaner during your stay. We do not use a vacuum cleaner during your stay in order to avoid accidentally getting your personal belongings caught in the vacuum cleaner.The front desk staff will strengthen the check system and instruct the cleaning staff regarding inadequate cleaning.We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
