The room was clean, the Internet was reliable, and the staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was located in walking distance to Akihabara, as well as the Bakuroyokoyama station, which made travel within the city quite easy. There are many good restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores. The hotel was absolutely up to APA standards. The only downside is that there wasn't any laundromats on hotel property, even if it may seem like it in the hotel description - You have to wash your clothes at a third-party laundromat a few blocks down.

Nice room to the price,nothing fancy,could use some update on tv so all channels not only i japanese. Aircon degrees dont really match 27’c is still cold and it turns off in the night so everything gets alittle moist. Breakfast not really that continental. But like i wrote you get what you pay for and would use it again if i came back to tokyo.

Terrible front service

Room filled with cigarette smokes was initially offered. Almost vomitted when entered the room. I asked the front staff to change the room to non-smoking one. He retorted me that smoking free room was offered because I wanted it when reserving. But it was not quite true.

Located in a quiet street, the hotel offers a homy feel and away from touristy hustle. We also enjoyed shopping and dining at family owned shops, instead of big corporations ones. The rooms are small but practical. The bed could be a bit larger though, when hosting 2 people. But, overall, I like the hotel concept and will be back.

* Para que asear la habitación debes de poner un anuncio que esta atrás de la puerta de color verde, yo no lo había puesto porque aun no requería el servicio entonces por la tarde del segundo día llegue y me di cuenta que entraron a limpiar, no me pareció que no respetarán y fue lo único que no me agrado * el check out, la limpieza y la atención del personal son excelentes
