Rooms are very very small, even for one person. Other than that, hotel is nice.

We really liked the room. Was close to the river, lots of eating places close by. The room was super clean, and the staff were very friendly! The room was a bit small, but it was also what we had booked. No complaints at all.

Rooms were small, but as expected. Bathroom amenities were excellent. Location to trains and sites all very walkable.

Outdoor Onsen wasn’t clean everyday. Too many hairs in the Onsen whenever I used. Also the changing area wasn’t clean. A ton of hair.
