"This is a very small (even for Tokyo standards) unit, and you have no elevators in the building. That said, you can walk to Shinjuku and the place was very clean, with its own washer/drier and great beds. Sure, it's small, but the location makes it a great choice. I'd definitely recommend the place and would have given it a 5 star rating if it had a smart Japanese toilet ;) !"

"This is a great little studio apartment in a nice, quiet area of Shinjuku. The building is really lovely. It is close to lots of places to eat and the train station. We are a family of five so it was a bit small (from our Western perspective) but we were out a lot anyway! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were nice. "Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku. The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers donโ€™t fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great. There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us."
