Next to train, bus station and many restaurants. 10 minute walk to Awaodori museum and Mt. Bizet ropeway. Good business hotel. Not lux, but clean, quiet, and convenient.

Need more laundry machine
View to the back is not desirable, otherwise a clean, convenient, facility with friendly and helpful staff
