This hotel was closest to the airport and I picked it in desperation after a cancelled flight. Stay somewhere else until Red Roof overhauls what was apparently a Days Inn moments before I stayed there.

Looks dingy and has a strange odor in the lobby. Surprisingly the room I stayed in was very well maintained and clean. Not a bad room. Not bad at all for the price.

Only had two towels in the room and when asked for more was told we would have to wait untill the next day.

Hotel was needed due to missed connection at Charlotte airport. Room itself was clean. All around the hotel is awful. Half of the hotel is closed up and partly torn down.. There was no hair dryer. I would never stay there again.

we are saddened to hear that you wouldn't stay with us again. our hotel is fully opened non is closed, we are sorry to hear that you did not have a hair dryer however those amenities are due to the room type that you reserve for not all rooms have those, we do hope if you are ever in charlotte again that you will give us another chance to make your stay a better one
