Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was under construction at the time but everything was very clean and quiet. The location could not be better being at the harbor - 1 minute walk to Foynhagen, great restaurants, and quick 15-minute walk either to Slottsfjellet or the train station. We will happily return.

Really disappointed with the hotel. There was a lot of building work. The reception floor was being laid the bar was completely shut and not available.
There was also a new outside area being built right outside my window which was noisy. I was not made aware of any of this when booking.
The hotel was very expensive for the quality being offered.

Great location, easy to get to all of the restaurants and shops in Tonsberg and beautiful views.

Great town to visit! The hotel is a great location to all the local sites. Many restaurants in the area, right next to the Harbour.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The only reason I have dropped a star is that the room (superior, room 246) could have done with a new carpet (horrible stain on it) and more space for storing your clothes or a suitcase stand at least. Communal areas are beautifully kept and the roof top swimming pool and bar are a wonderful feature.
