Very clean, organized, quiet! The staff very nice! I recommend to every want looking for a days of relax!

Very easy to access. Great views if timed with a missle launch. Staff is great. Food at the bar is solid. Rooms are very nice and provide generous amounts of toileries.

Overall, a great stay and nice facilities. Beds could be more comfortable though.

Unfortunately our door didn’t lock and they couldn’t move us to another room- so we left a day early. Other than Kennedy Space center there is nothing around there to eat or do.

Unfortunately, moving you to another room was not possible due to our occupancy during that time and I am happy my front desk agent stepped up and compensated you for the issue. I sincerely apologize for not being able to meet your expectations and know that your issue has since been resolved by out engineering team.
