Hello, thank you for your opinion, which in our opinion does not seem right.the rooms are equipped with a breakfast kit, tea, coffee and small snacks included and for this reason the word B&Bif you want a more substantial breakfast it is offered with a supplement at the Stelvio hotel in Tirano, as clearly specified on the descriptive page of the Corte Rossa.of course, if you book without reading the offer and the services of the structure it is certainly not the fault of the staff and for this reason we do not consider your opinion correct. On this occasion, the Corte rossa & Hotel Stelvio di Tirano staff sends greetings from Valtellina to the whole expedia worldBuongiorno ,la ringraziamo per il suo giudizio, che a nostro avviso non ci sembra giusto.le camere sono dotate, di kit colazione bollitore the ,caffè e piccoli snack inclusi e per questo la scritta B&Bse desiderate una colazione più importante viene proposta con supplemento presso l’albergo Stelvio di Tirano , come ben specificato nella pagina descrittiva della Corte Rossa .certo che se si prenota senza leggere l’offerta e i servizi della struttura non è certo colpa dello staff e per questo non riteniamo il vostro giudizio corretto. Nice location. The staff are so kind and give me quick responses. The room is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room was spacious for three adults. Beds comfortable. Checking in is a bit unusual in that there is no staff onsite. I provided the necessary information through WhatsApp and was given gate and room codes to get in. Response through WhatsApp was prompt however. We had a minor issue of dead batteries in a TV remote. I contacted through WhatsApp and two new batteries were delivered within 15-20 minutes. I would stay at this property again. We were in Tirano to ride the Bernina Express and the train station is one block away.
