First time in Albania and we stayed in the capital for 2 days, the staff were friendly and spoke good English, decent breakfast and food options through the day, nice rooftop terrace and bar/pool area, room was ready ahead of check in time and they sorted us a cheap transfer from the airport to the hotel when we arrived 😀 no issues at all and i would recommend this hotel

Staff were very helpful with providing milk for baby’s bottle. Food in the restaurant pretty good. Area is fine, maybe 20 minutes walk from the main attractions.

The customer focus by the front desk staff was great. The view of the sunset from the room was the best we had in Croatia. The views from the roof restaurant were outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again. The one note is that area is still undergoing expansion so there is construction on the area.

Staff was not too welcoming. Did not seem to want to help. Waited at reception for 15mins for someone to show up. Pool was closed.

It is very strange that there was no staff at the Reception for 15 minutes because it is a very long time, but we will do the verifications and make sure that the service at Hotel Mondial is at the right level. The pool is closed and open only during the summer season from June 1 to mid-September, and this is written on every page where we sell rooms, we are sorry that you were misunderstood about this. The free breakfast is great, healthy selections. The staff are very accommodating. The masseuse, Fabiola, is excellent!! The room is pretty much what we expected. The only negative is our room is facing a building which is under construction, the banging late at night and early morning and with occasional barking of a big dog so late at night.

Excellent hotel, roof top bar is excellent for drinks and wine. Rooms great. Single male traveller. Safety in Albania is almost guaranteed.
