The staff was very helpful and friendly. They recommended some restaurants with amazing food. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The only downside was the location and size of the parking lot. It’s behind the hotel in a tiny street and the lot is very narrow and tiny. The guy in charge of the parking lot was friendly and helpful.

Staff very helpful. Room super clean. We got the top floor unit with a wrap around balcony. Great views. Super breakout buffet. Recommended.

Parking on-site with security. Location great for walking to museums and sites. A few metres from the main square. Good WiFi and breakfast.

Posted 7 Feb 2023 on HotelsDie Lage des Hotels in 1 min von der namengebenden Oper ist perfekt, auch wenn ein Neubau den Blick verstellt. Großartig freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum und beim Service, herzlich, freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer nach vorne sind lauter, aber recht gut gedämmt. Passable Verdunkelung. Tolles Bad, gutes Bett, Kissenauswahl. Makellos sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war anständig mit starkem Kaffee und viel Auswahl, insbesondere an Süßem. Vor allem albanische Speisen dabei waren köstlich, ob herzhaft oder süß.
