Friendly, fast and efficient staff. Room was very big and comfortable and the location was perfect.

I will never book a “business “ room at this hotel again. Our room and the area of the hotel was pretty gross, really, and reception was snottier to me than in the past when I stayed in “deluxe “ room.
Pool and Spa are really relaxing and fun. Our massage therapist, Angelica was really sweet!
The general area near the hotel is amazing. Love the walkable city center.

Great location. Old rooms. Strange opening times of Spa area (11:00-16:00)
