Posted 3 Mar 2024 on HotelsThis unit had a king bed in the lounge which made it awkward to watch tv - thete was no couch. The room was not serviced & when we asked for a service were told it would be done. We went for a walk & on our return the room eas still not serviced. The manager said she serviced the room next door.

Hi Anthony,Thank you for taking the time to complete the review of our Apartment. These are great in helping us to improve our business. Upon looking back at your reservation. You were at our Coastal Ridge Apartments. Your reservation was for a 1 Bedroom Apartment in which consisted of a King bed in the bedroom (all our apartments apart from the top floor studios) all have beds in a separate bedroom off the lounge area. Also, hearing your room was not serviced also had us go back and check our housekeeping records in which show there had been 2 housekeepers complete a service for your middle floor apartment. As I personally was away at the time of the service it would be unfair to comment. Please do take this as a personal apology from myself on this matter. Please do advise us next time you wish to stay and we can offer you a free Continental Breakfast. My sincere apologies, Regards Jody

A nice modern room with a heat pump, balcony, TV with Sky box, and a comfortable bed. The shower had good water pressure

Large comfortable apartment
Posted 3 Dec 2023 on HotelsWe stayed one night. Check in was good - very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We brought dinner in and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Pro's: Lovely owners, couldn't praise them any higher. Room was clean and modern. TV had Satellite Channels. Comfy rocking chairs!
