Love staying here. COnvenient, close to heart of Rosarito, gated and secured. nice clean rooms. Good wifi.

Beautiful location needs a little upgrade in the doors but shower pressure 💯 .. so it’s cool. I would stay again

It was an okay hotel. The sink was smelly. The curtains were torn. We found trash around the room. Staff was friendly.

This place was a ripoff . They charged me a sircharge for a dirty towel that I used to clean up a little mess. They said that they charged me be they had to wash the towel. I asked wouldn’t they have to wash it anyway? They replied no, normally not, but now they have to wash it with bleach and that’s why they charged me. So I payed under protest. Then they wouldn’t let me leave the property unless I signed something . Then they complained that they didn’t like my signature because it wasn’t my real signature. So they threatened to call the police if I didn’t sign properly. The girl at reception was very rude. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE!! Jacuzzi didn’t work, pool was disgusting, loud music all night , food was horrible and overpriced. I will not be returning.

While it is true that at the departure of all our guests, we wash all the linens and perform a general cleaning process, items such as towels once stained we can not use them for another guest, as it would give the impression of not being clean and that is why they should be discharged and that is why we charge that extra charge.As for the signature, it is important that your signature, especially that of an extra charge, corresponds to that of your registration and your ID, because this way, we have the certainty that you were informed of the charge and it was not just done, and it is a regular process at the front desk for all our guests and clients.We also appreciate your understanding of our policies, which we have to offer the best and most transparent service.We hope to have the pleasure to welcome you again in the future, have a great day and thank you for choosing Hotel Castillos del Mar.Sincerely

Rooms and property were pretty small for the stay price very old Mexican stile rooms, no AC NO HEATER PRETTY UNSAFE BALCONY .

Me justo el estilo colonial del hotel el bar y Restaurante y la playa muy bien pero las avitaciones necesitan una renovacion urgentemente, me volveria a hospedar y Lo recomendaria a mis amistades una vez las avitaciones Sean renovadas Espero que mejoren eso para volver, Gracias por leer mi comentario,👍
