The location of the hotel is excellent which is in the center of the town. The room is so spacious and comfortable.

The staff at this hotel are so helpful and pleasant. It waa also in a great location close to the train station. There was an issue with our AC unit in our room and the staff went above and beyond to get it fixed as soon as possible

Hotel is excellent. Only setback was the breakfast buffet that didn't include a better variety of eggs to order. Only hardboiled eggs were available. We were told the day before that we can order omelets or fried eggs.

Room was clean with modern amenities. Staff were accomodating. They also upgraded our room.

The stuff is very good. I came here to celebrate my anniversary and they had decorated the room very well. I would recommend his hotel for anyone.

The hotel is a perfect location in the old part of town. The surrounding area is charming and quaint. Thun castle, wooden bridges, restaurants, trains and buses all within walking distance. It’s a great home base for day trips to St. Beatus caves, Bern, and other areas.
