Air con in our room was terrible. A family room for two adults and two children (8 and 11) only includes a double and a single bed. Room was outdated and rusty. We booked and pre-paid through Expedia, but they couldn't find our reservation.
Hotel is very conveniently located between two MRT stations and there is a bus stop just outside.

room was dusty. The staff never inform us that there was no water bottle inside the room, and need to take own water from water dispenser near the lift. Cannot use the pool as well as it looks like abandoned pool.
