No toilet paper had to buy our own, had to ask for towels and they seemed inconvenienced to get them for us, so we bought some at Walmart. Reserved 2 Queen room and only got 2 full beds. The sheet had a stain on them. Price was cheap and it worked for what we needed just not what we thought we were getting.

You review is baseless and untruthful. The toilet paper and towels were provided and the bed sheets were clean. We have pictures of the room. You also destroyed some towels by cleaning something with them greasy and dark. You also had more people in the room than we allow to stay.

Language barrier at front desk. There were no towels in the room. The “free breakfast” did not exist. Coffee only.

The hotel had to switch our room due to my post-op situation. The hotel was unable to return the room money and Expedia's support email is NOT working. Ill never use Expedia again!!!
