The location was great for getting to all the areas we love in NW michigan and the resort property itself is AMAZING as always - but the condo is dated, should offer more linens for the stay due to the fact that there is no washing/drying machine available. Just didn't get a good "clean at home" kind of feeling - the vent when you enter good use a good wipe down. It's the first thing you see!

Wonderful condo at Crystal resort.

Two couples stayed at this condo after attending a local event. The condo was very nice and well appointed. One bedroom suite was upstairs in a loft (no door). It was quite spacious, comfortable and had a nice bathroom. The downstairs bedroom was just a bedroom. The other couple used the bathroom that also services the main area. We all enjoyed our nights sleep. There is an outside patio overlooking a pond and the golf course. We did not take advantage of anything that Crystal had to offer but it was all walking distance away. Directions were easy. Coffee was provided. All in all, a great stay.

The condo was perfect. Cozy and welcoming. The owner was gracious and very hospitable. If we find ourselves back at Crystal Mtn we would choose to stay here again. Loved the location as well.

Due to the pandemic our family was not feeling safe taking a trip to the resort so we requested Hotels.com to cancel the trip. I called 1.5 weeks prior to the stay explaining that the numbers were spiking up. I was told by the Hotels.com agent that not to worry and that the agent would escalate and get our reservation canceled. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but none was available at the time per the agent assisting me at the time. I also called the resort and they said they did not have a reservation in my name. This indicated to me that the reservation had been canceled. Later I received a call from the owner of the actually condo (private owner) that he was told that no one had actually checked in. He reached out to me directly. I explained what had happened. To my surprise I learnt the service provider is Red Awning. They
