Chatty desk clerk, hard bed, paper curtains
Posted 14 Sep 2023 on HotelsIt starts with a chatty lady at the desk, too much chat & little action, paperwork should have been handed prior to arrival, she manually entered every piece of info anyone qould ever want to know about a 1 night stay, way overboard, then she gives my wife & i a room right next to the noisy road when others were available. The hotel room was way out dated but adequately clean, curtains were paper thin so light was way too bright, bed was hard & pillows were hard (give me a My Pillow plz). We enjoyed Thermopolis & the city hot springs & will be bak, but not to the Rainbow motel.

The rooms are out dated but clean , the lady running the place was supper nice , Cute town ,and the room was priced right .

Wonderful location near the HotSprings, lovely park to walk your pets. The neon lights kept me from sleeping soundly. Needs some updating but has tons of potential.
