"The hotel was fantastic, regretfully the family staying in the room next to us were very loud all night and they had two rooms across the hall from each other so noice really travelled. We complained on three separate occasions yet the hotel failed to quiet them at 2am on consecutive nights nor, surprisingly, did they offer to move us."
