"Was glad to make it to the hotel close to midnight on check in day as the city was affected by adverse weather with many flights cancelled. Had a pleasant surprise from the hotel with a room upgrade during check in. With the hotel conveniently located next to Langham Place mall and Mong Kok mtr station, we sheltered from the wet and windy conditions outside and no lacking of food choices with the many restaurants available. The room was well kept and clean though a bit dated with the decor and lack of USB charging points. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the good sound proofing allows a quiet rest."

The location was perfect—close to the harbour and ferry point. I especially appreciated the infinity pool
With harbour views.
The housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout my stay, and every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Hong Kong."
