THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK WAS EXCELLENT, ESPECIALLY CASSANDRA.
THE LOCATION WAS VERY CONVENIENT FOR SHOPPING, BAKERIES, COFFEE SHOPS AND TRANSPORTAITON TO THE AIRPORT. CLOSE TO MILLENIUM PARK AND ALL OF THE OTHER ATTRACTIONS WE WANTED TO SEE

Would like a water bottle for each person on a 2 person reservation.

We loved that this hotel had an amazing location, helpful staff, and lots of charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved all of the little touches!

Staff was not welcoming on arrival at all. Also wouldn’t allow food to be delivered to do which is not a 5-star service what so over. It was an overall uneeasy feeling stay there. They do not match their slogan of “EVERYTHING” being an option there .
