I booked a park view room with a king size bed for my wife’s birthday. We ended up with a double bed room….one of the front desk lady was rude as well.

Close to the event that we were going in Chicago, not breakfast with the price so is not good because is pricey also not parking, in the room not fridge to cool drinks that you want everything has to pay in the room,
