Overall property was very accommodating, they held our luggage before check in and delivered them to our room. There was a free coffee lounge.

Accommodations were awesome! We got into town before our check in time. They allowed us to store our bags while went out waiting on our check in time, complimentary, we were also allowed access to their 24 hr coffee/tea/water station and sitting room which was all very nice and well maintained.
On our second day it was raining and we completely forgot to bring umbrellas!! Front desk had good quality umbrellas for sale at a very reasonable price!! We could conveniently charge to our room! The water bottle stations on several floors were also a wonderful touch! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay downtown for a nice weekend get away!

Perfect location walkable distance to everything! Staff were very nice. Only downfall they only have two elevators so sometimes the wait was long. Otherwise great reasonable place to stay!! Definitely would stay there again.

I wish there would have been a mini fridge in the room.

Never again would we stay. The room was so small you could not walk around the bed

Pros - great location. EXCELLENT staff
Cons - Lobby is uninspired & looks like a bank counter. Check in is basically a self serve situation. Room was very basic. Overall, the entire place needs a major facelift,
