Nice place although single beds joined together was main complaint - nice restaurants in the area and 15 min walk to centre or 2 mins to tram

I hope you are well.
We are sorry te see that you gave us a 6 out of 10..
We spoke earlier on the phone and you told us that you would have wanted a porch. Unfortunately this apartment does not have one, but you could have seen this when you booked.
Also after you forgot your key in the apartment, my colleague jumped out of bed and came as soon as possible to your apartment to open the door! In the middel of the night! This should at least give us a score of 10 out of 10 :-)
