"Bed has flea’s contacting front desk the man was real rude and disrespectful did not wanna help kept saying “you people” when I asked to switch rooms he said he can’t authorize that when I ask to speak with a manager he said you people always want a manager he’s not contacting his manager because they never had complaints before as if he wanted us to chase the flea and catch it to bring you him to see it I asked for my money back he didn’t want to give me that back as well so we left I was not staying in a bed with fleas I will file a complaint"

"Parking and convenience to the locations we were visiting was good. The property was fine - about what you’d expect. Incredibly over priced, but so was everything since it was graduation weekend. We never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. My only real complaint is that the room smelled awful. I can’t even come up with words to describe what the odor was. It was not cigarette or any other kind of smoke smell. That would have been better than this odor. But by the time we checked in it was far too late to find anywhere else with availability- again, there were several graduations happening that weekend."

"Past disgusting! No breakfast, room was dirty, no linens on the bed or towels! Put in another room and noted bedbugs on mattress protector. Carpets need removing;(..,This is mainly a tent by month type of hotel. Shady"

"The rooms were disgusting and smelled horrible. I had to get them to move my rooms because the first ones smelled like smoke. The second rooms were filthy and I spent over an hour to clean and make them livable when I shouldn’t have to. The property also authorized two charges on my card before check in and when I asked why they tried to falsify terms and conditions stating that this is part of their policy since they are “overbooked.” Management is no help. You have to reach out to them for days to even get a response. All staff besides the cleaning staff are virtual. Horrible property, horrible customer service and overall horrible experience. "

"I left the hotel with a police report…. This hotel was the worst and most unsafe experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in the entire world. After returning from work someone from inside the hotel called my hotel phone multiple times and said he was “coming to get me,” and he “knew what room I was in.” After being called “crazy” by the staff - they realized someone was indeed calling my phone from inside the hotel. They refused to pull the phone logs, refused to change my room - they told me if they wanted me to get the call logs I would need to call the police, so I did. NEVER stay here ! Especially if you’re a woman and alone - it is unsafe and the staff and owner in my opinion do not care about your safety at all!"

"The staff was Great , I purchased breakfast and it was great as well . The bed was really comfortable. My husband loved the balcony out back and easy access to the pool. Parked was safe and locked location to family was a plus "
