Front end staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel served its purpose as we just needed it for sleep. Its not updated at all no usb ports so if you have electronics bring the cube wall chargers. The room seemed clean when we walked in, until you really look! The vanity area had not been wiped as it was dirty, the sheets were stained wirh something black. The best part was pulling the top cover back to find a silverfish running from under the pillow!! The best part of the room was the HOT water! That was on point. If you need a coffee pot, iron, water etc you need to get that from the front desk. The young cleaning lady seemed too busy talking on her phone rather than her job as we watched her act like she was cleaning all day she started 5 rooms away, by the evening when we went to our event she had just gotten to the room next to us.

The location of the property is ideal, close to the Universities and everything was within a 15 minute drive. The staff was efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean, housekeeping comes every morning.The hotel itself can do with some upgrades; the door card readers took a while to open the door. It takes about 5 minutes for the hot water in the shower to get hot. The coffee and hot was only hot at the start of the day. The breakfast options are minimal; it's a cart with water, muffins, breakfast bars, oranges and yogurt. I would recommend this hotel for a 2 or 3 night stay. The price per night is good compared to others in the area.

It is clean, and the staff seems friendly. It is poorly outdated with stuff falling off the walls, stains everywhere, and an elevator that kept slamming into me. The continental breakfast is one of the saddest I’ve ever seen. It would be a great property if any higher ups actually cared as much about it as the employees.

The staff was not welcoming at all, not during the check in nor the check out. Everything was old, visibly worn out and out dated. The beds and towels were clean. The bathroom wasnt the best, the shower bar was broken. Breakfast is muffins and fruits. I only stayed two days but that was too long.
