I feel like i should be refunded for my first night because the room i had was so hot and i didn’t get any rest after a long 7 hour drive but once i called the front desk they agreed to move me in another room the next day at around 1pm i was moved to another room and the room was very cold i slept very comfortable the staff are great.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was exceptionally clean, and the hotel offers great on-site parking, which was very convenient. The location is excellent, with plenty of stores and shopping options just a short walk away. My only minor complaints relate to the bathroom. The ventilation in the room wasn't the greatest, and the showerhead had a noticeable amount of mineral buildup on it. However, given the cleanliness, location, and parking, it was still a great stay, and I would recommend it.

The hotel and the rooms looked very nice. The staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a big roach in the bedroom so we did not want to stay. They could not move us to another room because they were sold out but they were super helpful and gave us a refund so we could move to another hotel. The room looked clean so I don’t think that was the problem. It is a tropical place and we were on the ground floor.
