Gym was lacking, the rooms and hallway had a weird odor, when the AC would turn on it made a loud noise, thin walls so we could hear our next door neighbor up before 6 am, the common areas need updating and a good bit of TLC.

Was not pleased with the pillows we got for our room they were very small and was in allot of pain and discomfort trying to sleep at night also once entering the room i did see our room was open and made it seem like someone was inside and didn't feel comfortable with that but it is what it is may be very cautious with other Radison hotels if this is how they all are

We arrived at 4. We were told our room wasn't ready but she could give us a room with a king bed but we would have to pay more. We declined. Waited until 5. Left to go for dinner. She said she would call us when room was ready. She never called. Returned at 6. She said she was too busy to call us. The next morning i asked to talk to the manager for a price reduction. She said manager would call us. Never did.

Our group had two rooms. Both were very clean, but the one on the third floor had an odd and rather strong smell, that we initially thought might have been from some sort of cleaner, but it almost smelled like mold, or even bug spray. The air conditioner in that room was also quite loud, and the mattress was not very comfortable. The other room, on the fourth floor, smelled wonderful, the mattress was much nicer, and the air conditioner much quieter. Breakfast was great! A really nice selection, and the grits were awesome!
