"Aaron and Guillermo were always very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to assist us. They helped us arrange special meals for our daughter, who has dietary restrictions, making our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. I can't remember the names of the housekeeping, room service, and in-suite snack staff, but their service was also top-notch. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai. The property is absolutely stunning, with beautiful modern design, luxurious rooms. Every area of the hotel is spotless, making it a truly relaxing place to unwind. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay.
The only downside was the lack of entertainment. While the peaceful atmosphere is great for relaxation, there werenāt many activities or evening events available, so the resort felt a bit too quiet at times. Adding more...
