I have stayed at the Oaks the Entrance for over 30 years off and on, at least 6 or 7 times per year, weve gone through their upgrades and renovations at vareous times, we cannot find fault with them, we love going there, and yesterday i received a complimentory bottle of wine with some cheese and crackers..first time ever which was a great surprise for me..thank you to the staff at the Oaks the Entance...

Room decor was a bit tired, no daily servicing and insufficient cleaning materials to cover the stay
Nice location on the waterfront

Over all stay was ok. Place definitely needs some maintenance. Loved the location and that it was so close to everything.

Great shower pressure in 1980s retro feeling apartment. Unfortunate that our view was a dirty rooftop of the shop and living beside us. Bedroom area was good.loged the sliding doors.
Check in was a lengthy process only one person on front desk and 4 people waiting.
Parked in council cark park as Oaks carpark was additional $20. The stay was comfortable.
