Pool not accessible freely - only set family friendly times not advertised in booking - manager of pool area rude and scolds children for having fun - would not recommend hotel if you are traveling with young children - you do not feel welcomed

Nice size room, amenties including indoor pool were great, common spaces nicely decorated and clean. Good option for traveling with family. Close to train and tower bridge area.

Hotel was nice. Staff over the phone was not friendly at all but both ladies that checked us in and out were nice. Two days in a row they drilled at 7am their time disturbing our sleep and the cleaning carts continued to bang against our door with loud music that was annoying. Otherwise everything else was nice.

I liked how it was by the major monument landmarks.
I not like there was no free included breakfast for hotel guest, cost expensive to stay in hotel, no night life lounges/clubs in near by hotel.

Nice hotel near Tower of London. Quiet area. Not a lot of nearby dining options or shopping. Underground is nearby so the rest of the city is easily accessible. Hotel was nice. Staff friendly. Beds comfortable. Good value.
