"All employees from driver pick up me at airport, receptionists, bellboys,waiters & waitresses serving breakfasts.. so nice and helpful to me and my family. They really made me feel “home away from home”. The only thing is as the hotel located in the old quarter of Hanoi, so is room size a tight to be 5 stars hotel (fairly should be 3,5 or 4 stars max)."
