Staff was friendly. This is an older hotel but nice. The ac in our room didn’t work. And they didn’t fix it or offer us another room or discount.

Let’s start with a cockroach in the bathroom. The property is old and VERY dirty. The room carpet smells bad too… One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! Staff is rude. Traveling with a medical alert dog and I was asked for my personal documents that certifies him and they even keep a copy of them.

property was okay but little run down. elevator to third floor didn't work had to take stairs.

The room was big, clean, and the ac was super cold just like we want it when we sleep!! The staff was very nice as well.

The elevator broken. No soap, shampoo, or lotion. Breakfast was tiny stale bagels, and bread. No fruit, no one around to see if there was anything else.
