"I have stayed at Elegant Suites for many years now and if anything it continues to improve. The facilities including restaurant, gym, swimming pool and spa are uniformly excellent. The gardens are beautiful and Jenny and all of the staff cannot do enough to assist with any query or request. Obviously there is a lot of construction work presently underway in the local area but Elegant Suites is an Oasis from all all of that and once inside the complex you would hardly know. I would not stay anywhere else in Hanoi and unreservedly recommend. James Collins"

"Clean ample room, well equipped with a comfy large bathroom. Only drawback - limited TV programming mostly Asian channels. No CNN and BBC although those are listed in the programming brochure. Very friendly and helpful reception and restaurant staff. Good job, everybody "

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in all of Asia! Staff is outstanding and rooms are modern and spacious. The food is also very good. Spend a few extra dollars for an executive room, the lounge you get access to is well worth the price difference."
