"Our room was very spacious, but basic. No frills at all. The heated pool was lovely, but after swimming peacefully for about 15 minutes my husband joined me and so did a staff member. She sat on a chair and did a speaker phone call with family (including an excited, screaming child) and ruined the whole peaceful o space. "Fantastic base for Hanoi.
While it is a 30min taxi from the old quarter, it has resort style accom for a family of five. Very good two bedroom suite for family of five. The king bed is spacious and can sleep comfortably 2adults and seven year old.
