Sheets were dirty in first room and musty smell, changed rooms and sheets were dirty and had tons of hair in second room in bed

Overpriced for a 3 star hotel.

You paid lot less than what others paid for that weekend. You are more than welcome to shop around before booking for stay. Hope you find cheaper places next time.

Ease of check-in and attention by shift manager. Layout of Room 122 was real awkward. One switch for lights/ fan in bathroom. Placement of micro/ coffee/ ice bucket was hard to access. Shower seat for handicap was in need of maintenance. Hair clip left by phone by previous guest.

The bed was HORRIBLE! A new mattress is definitely needed! Both sides had holes that your body would immediately roll into, and there was no way to sleep other than in the worn out spots.

I checked in at around mid-night and there were no clean rooms, the front desk clerk had to go quickly go clean the rooms for guest because she was the only one working and we waited 30 min before we got a room, and that was because we were tired and offered to switch out the bed sheets our self. The room that a musky smell and there were socks in the bed from the previous guest.
