I was told the stay would be cancelled if I didnt prepay the day before so I found another hotel…

Pretty safe and quiet. A bit of construction going on so the elevators were a little unfinished but not inconvenient. Rooms were clean and everything felt new.

Stayed here the night before our cruise. Convenient and less than a half hour from the port. Good price and value.

For this stay, I elected to pay upon arrival. When I checked in and told the staff I wished to use a different card she told me they would have to refund the original card. This is not what I wanted. Since my card was already charged, I elected to keep it on the same card. Again, this was not what I wanted.

As your credit card was declining, so we had to cancel your reservation due to which we could not accommodate your stay at hotel. Your reservation was cancelled without any penalty.
