No hot water, no resolution

We checked in to 3 rooms and none of them had hot water! It was out in the whole building

Rude and we felt racially profiled

Was charged 100$ deposit for some bed sheets that they found in a drawer and they were ripped and we never even knew they were there to begin with and when I confronted her over the phone she said that one of our guys was drunk which is a lie because we are there for work. We felt like the lady at the front desk had a racial issue with us because we are hispanic especially because she was being rude ever since we checked in and she made a ugly face at my guys.

Stay was fine need was comfortable. Not a problem for me but phone did not work in room and each lamp was missing a light bulb.

Room was extremely run down, we only had two towels not much bigger then a hand towels. The mattress was hard and not comfortable. We got up after only 5 hours and left.

Changed hotel name to boutique hotels, made a $100 damage deposit mandatory for debit or credit or cash. Desk agent hand wrote on a paper list secure credit info, for the transition to the new owner. Said release for deposit takes multiple days, credit or debit. Odd for a branded hotel, awkward for a transition in ownership. But pleasant desk agent. For an aged hotel building with several system deficiencies, many for building (parking entry, pool area…) keycard access locks inoperative locations and one fire protection equipment several years out of inspection date, with missing stairway fire hose at least one location. Whoops. Ramada by Wyndham… and booked good rate through Hotels.com. Did as special rates is intended, got me here as opposed to similar remote rate deals for a couple of the other about 10 hotels on this major for the area intersection, most hotel parking lots showing mostly empty as the ice storm tonight is both East and West by about a highway hour. But seeming clean and sanitary. Relatively quiet.

The hotel is under construction. New owners have taken over. It has potential. I do not feel it should be open during this time. That being said, the staff is doing all they can with what they have. The rooms were clean, the pool was a little gross. We did not use it. Hot tub is not being filled due to Covid. The price was cheap, we did not expect much. Would actually like to see the progress in the future.
