Everything was great. Did have difficulty getting ahold of the front desk. All the phone said was that it was being transferred to the operator. Was on hold for a total of 30 minutes after 3 calls. Never did get a response until I walked to the front desk and offered my request in person. Other than that everything was really good.

Run down facilty. Slow elevator. The staff that checked me in looked like a gang banger. But the cleaning staff ladies were very nice and got me some ice.

The property was hard to get to once you found it. It was fine. It was old, but take care of some things didn’t work. Lights didn’t work minor discrepancies. The host was fine, but some of the assistant attendance were very nonchalant. It overall was excellent in someways, but in other ways, the room itself was fine. The room itself is fine but Like I said, I give it a plus somewhere in there

Hotel is in terrible condition but the staff was super nice and helpful.
