Inconvenient for short stay. Not even allowed on property until 3pm so you wait in the street if early. No onsite staff; you have to wait on someone to come to complete check in. Must pay 2.80 euro tax in cash on arrival. 10am check out is earlier than most hotels. Towels are disposable paper (not comfortable at all). Air conditioner made loud grinding noise so inusable. Onsite residents argued loudly and ran a noisy winch multiple times right under window.

Our check in and check out times are visible on this site as it is visible that you need to request the access code to enter. Sometimes we facilitate customers at other times, but they must contact us first. During the day the freedom to speak loudly in the garden and use work tools that can cause noise is legitimate, he would have been right if they had been done at night.Our organic towels are resistant and are an excellent solution to respect the environment and limit the use of chemical detergents, They are appreciated by many guests who want to do their best to help our planet.Before booking and then making negative reviews you need to check the services if they are congenial to you and not just check the price offered and then complain creating damage to the work of many people. Great Venice Airport Stay

Cesare was very helpful arranging transportation to and from the airport. We only stayed one night at the end of a cruise, and arrived earlier than expected but he welcomed us and suggested a lovely restaurant for dinner later. The room was very comfortable with everything you need provided. Highly recommend.

good for a night!
Posted 9 Jun 2023 on Hotelsit’s perfect for one night and super close to the airport. we found the room slightly dated, the bed was not comfortable at all. the pillows strangely enough were super hard.

Thanks for the review. The furniture was completely renovated in 2016. Normally our guests like our furniture because it is very warm and familiar, not modern and very often cold and impersonal like the hotels. . The pillows are orthopedic (resting the neck is very important for travelers) There are very soft pillows available in the room for those who prefer them

We had a great time here! Very convenient and close to the airport. Traveling to Venice was super easy and we were very pleased with our stay.

Beautiful villa, spacious room, very close to the airport, and to the bus station to go Venice, bus #5 will take you straight to Plaza Roma.
