Staff was great, but this is an OLD hotel that isn’t maintained. Bubbled up wall paper in our room, shower fixtures not connected, hair and dirt on wall, worn carpet in halls, stickers torn everywhere.

Everything was clean and the staff was great. The only aspect would be that the bed was very noisy. I was traveling alone and just turning over in the middle of the night woke me up.

inside the hotel looked pretty nice and clean and that was about it and the staff on 6-1-2024 was decent when we were checking in. when we got in our room it was pretty clean, the bathtub wouldn't run any water when me and my fiancé tried and the toilet didn't really want to flush had to hold down on the handle and one of the beds really squeaked and when checking out we told the staff that the tub wouldn't work to get water out and we were told it did work like we didn't know what we were talking about and she wanted to argue with us about it, so I just let it go. also the top floor we were on in our room we opened up the curtains and someone could've opened up the windows in the room

Our water in the shower didn’t turn on, we told them as we left. They said it does actually work but you have to pull down then up, etc. because it is broken but you can make it work. Then, they made me feel like I should have called them, making me feel bad for not coming down (we were in a hurry). Didn’t offer any remediation. Shortly thereafter, another person complained and was offered a reimbursement. They could have posted instructions in the room or let us know at check in if the faucet was broken. We normally stay at Hamptons about 30 nights per year but we are rethinking that.

In town to visit family first time. We stayed at this location. It was very nice and acceptable. We would stay there again..

I was treated pretty badly upon checkin to this hotel. I called their corporate office to talk to someone about the issue, but was told I had to send in an e-mail. I did that. It took awhile and a number of e-mails before their corporate offices created a case for me. I was told I would hear from someone in the hotel management in 3-5 days. As of writing this review (about 10 days from the last message I received), no one from the hotel management has ever tried to contact me. No phone call. No e-mail. Nothing. If you stay at this hotel and everything works out, you'll probably enjoy your stay. If there are any issues, don't expect the corporate offices or the hotel management to act like they care about your experience.
